Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Squatwise: Squat Form AI (the "Application"), provided by the developer of Squatwise AI (the "Service Provider"), handles information when you use it.
The Application uses your camera or a video you select to analyze squat sets. It does not require an account. Subscription purchases are processed through Apple and RevenueCat as described below.
Information Handled by the Application
Workout videos and results. When you record a set or choose a video, the Application processes the footage on your device to estimate repetitions, depth, and other movement measures. It saves workout dates, any weight you enter, analysis results, and retained set videos in the Application's local storage. The Application does not upload your workout footage or analysis results to the Service Provider or RevenueCat. Videos you select remain subject to your Photos and device backup settings; local app data may also be included in device backups.
App preferences. The Application stores settings and onboarding choices locally on your device.
Purchase and technical data. The Application uses Apple's purchase system and RevenueCat for subscription management and paywall presentation. These services may process:
- An app-specific user identifier used to manage purchases
- Purchase, subscription, and entitlement information
- App and device information, such as app version, device model, and operating system
- Network information, such as IP address, when communicating with the service
- Paywall and purchase interaction events needed to operate or evaluate subscription offers
The Application does not ask you to create an account or provide a name, email address, or phone number to use its workout features. If you email the Service Provider for support, your message and email address will be used to respond to you.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:

These services handle purchase and related technical information under their own policies. The Application does not send your squat videos, rep results, or workout history to either service.
Tracking and Advertising
The Application does not display advertisements, include an advertising SDK, or use your workout data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Purposes of Data Processing
Information is used for:
- Analyzing squat footage on your device and showing your workout history
- Managing subscriptions, restoring purchases, and presenting paid features
- Responding to support requests you choose to send
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or a support request, contact the Service Provider at pasha.company.work@gmail.com.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Be informed about what data is collected
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Restrict or object to data processing
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- Request data portability

Data Deletion
Uninstalling the Application removes its local data from the device. Copies may remain in device backups or in your Photos library according to your Apple settings. The Application may also remove older saved workouts and associated videos as its local history limit is reached.
Subscription data is managed by Apple and can be viewed or cancelled in your device's Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
To request deletion of any technical data held by third-party services, contact the Service Provider at pasha.company.work@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not operate a server for workout videos or analysis. Locally saved results and videos remain until they are removed by the Application or you uninstall it, subject to any device backups. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase-related information according to their policies linked above. Support emails are retained as needed to respond to and follow up on your request.
Data Protection
Your locally stored data is protected by your device's security features and backup settings. The Service Provider does not have access to your on-device workout videos or results through the Application.
Training Decisions
You are responsible for your training decisions and for how you use the Application's estimates and feedback. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Please read the Terms of Use for the full training safety and responsibility provisions. This Privacy Policy describes data practices; it does not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 2, 2026.
